some of the entertainment staff (pool aerobics, & karaoke & late entertainment staff were often non inclusive, & slightly rude

room was spacious with great views over the bay

at times there seemed to be too many people for the facilities open at any one time, particularly breakfast and on beach party night

food was also hit or miss —one of the restaurants was not great so we just stopped going —the breakfast was however amazing

there were plenty of places to get a drink, overall the skills of the bar tenders were not up to even a modest standard

a breath taking location and the breakfast was very good.

the shuttle to nelson’s dockyard was very handy

it has huge grounds spread over 2 main areas - lobby, restaurant and bar on the hill overlooking the harbour and then by the beach are rooms, casual restaurant, water

great staff, super clean beautiful rooms, stunning pool - can t wait to come back

but you are closer go the pool and a very different feel- good for kids on gunpowder (except when people came in off boats with small children and dominated pool - one guy training kids for triathlon (+) a lot of kids so just fyi at times in the pool

the food is delicious - the pool is across the bay and you can go there whenever you fancy as there is a boatman who seems

free parking: if you're driving, park in the lot directly in front of the hotel and behind the visitor's

i also didn’t like that there was no disposal trash bin in the room or the kitchen i had to use the tiny trash bin in the bathroom, also the fridge in the kitchen didn’t

amazing views, spacious suite and fully equipped kitchen.

housekeeping every other day but should have option to keep towels - so much unnecessary laundry being done everyday

the beach is very pleasant as is the main pool area and the staff extremely courteous

we appreciated the late check out as our flight was at 10pm so being able to make full of the day beforehand by going

we had a swimming pool right at our back door step and 30seconds away out the front door we had the most beautiful

the room was cute and appeared to be quite modern, it also has a nice little kitchenette which was useful along with a microwave and refrigerator

parking could be a little better arranged, as when we arrived no-one had a key for the gate and we

really liked having kitchen facilities because we were on a month long trip and had been eating out a lot prior to

earlier than 12:00pm but that’s just my preference as i like a snack a little while after breakfast but not to close to lunch

room service consistently disappoints me as i made an order several times and they either didn t

the room service was a bit slow in my opinion we ordered an after 10 am and didn t receive it until

the people in the spa were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond
