i enjoyed pool and dining room

pool and gym were good.

wifi, was slow and kept going in & out

no wifi at all. moved rooms twice, still no internet. all of the rooms were extremely dirty.

staff was very friendly and easy location with lots of parking

i will be staying there with my kids again on our next trip

breakfast was fine; food was fresh and tasty

overall condition of facilities and breakfast offered.

location was perfect for our trip to see corning glass as well as for hiking at watkins glen and golfing at mark twain golf

it wasn’t a big deal, but only the kids got to swim as a result

was very clean, bed was comfortable, good water pressure, lots of outlets for our needs, free wifi, breakfast had lots of options

we had the pool to ourselves and swim three different times during our stay

the indoor pool seemed to be stagnant. missed the waffles at breakfast.

- didn't provide wifi at check in, not enough towels in the room, they didn't clean the room

the snap fitness gym service was also amazing

blew their horns, which was quite loud, waked us up a few times and was a bit frightening for the kids

the person (a man) running the bar as well as the dinner table service stepped up and was great (+) had a drink at the bar one night, the bartender was super friendly (+) lisa at the bar was excellent (-) it would be helpful if there was a wet bar near the keurig machine (+)was very friendly, especially check in woman and bar employees (+) the whole hotel was very clean and there is a restaurant, bar and we even bought tickets for a comedy show in the hotel (+)friendly stuff, modern and fresh hotel with a nice lobby and bar area (+)this is 1st class facility with a restaurant and bar on premises. a gem!
