the only disadvantage is that parking is a bit more problematic, but there was always somewhere to find a spot

breads were very poor, the toaster and coffee machine were broken, and when help was sought the kitchen staff member was particularly unhelpful

breakfast had a good variety to choose from

the hotel is nice, well cleaned, possibility to laundry and rather good breakfast

property is awesome and the room we stayed in had a view that the kids enjoyed very much

felt bad for the housekeeping and laundry staff

it was nice for my family of 5 to each have their own bed and a door separating us and the kids

plenty of parking and the room was spacious and very clean

their bar is very cozy and home feeling, our room was incredibly clean and the bed was dreamy comfortable

we were able to depart at 4:00 am and make it to the parking for clouds rest before the crowds

dust on upper beds and on the blankets beds: the bunk beds are really only for kids, but even under them they squeak with every move

i know my kids are way too out grown for bunk beds

next morning the ants got into the bathroom and my kids toothpaste even though it was in plastic

someone can come fix it and they told me it wasn’t emergent i don’t understand how leaving my kids and family without eating on new years wasn’t an emergency

definitely a great structure for families with kids, but don't book the bunkhouse for six adults

grounds, great swimming pool, loved all the shops and restaurants on site

there's a gas station, a market/grocery, a post office, a lot of parking space, restaurant

distance from lake from store from restaurants from bar and specialy the staff so

parking good room good everything is good
