whirlpool was not working

the breakfast was great and the location was very accessible.

it was clean and breakfast was not bad

we were pleasantly surprised at how much of a variety there was for breakfast and it all tasted so good

the breakfast was okay…bananas had brown all over skin, and the scrambled eggs were watery

staff extremely pleasant. wifi great. beds comfortable and amble hot water for showers

never did get to eat breakfast closed to early. location was great for us.

parking lot was cleared of snow

would prefer regular type food and serving a breakfast menu

you have to fight traffic to leave the parking lot unless you go down and around the get go gas station

no bar or restaurant like advertised no snack machine or soda/drink machine no ice machine

you of prior to your visit, there maybe no one available when you arrive and there is no coffee bar or restaurant services available

the restaurant and bar aren't open and there aren't any frills like that

while they advertised a bar and restaurant, neither was functioning and we were still charged the full price

clean rooms, bar and restaurant were also clean, food was great

due to the current economy, food and bar services are greatly decreased in the area.

so the reviews that mentioned the bar noise is no longer an issue

i'm looking forward to my next trip to northern cambria and hope the dining room and bar are open by then

is it not noted that the pool and spa would be under construction… i would have never paid 310 dollars for that

breakfast the next morning was incredible

i was surprised when the breakfast that was included in our stay was in the same restaurant and only required a signature at

rooms all new and clean. love that there is a restaurant and bar attached.

best was the breakfast, there are many choices

the one thing that i really wanted was access to the pool but unfortunately it had to be closed due to social distancing

felt a bit sketchy at first, bar wasn't open

also the shower was not clean as there was hair and an old soap bar on the top corner of the shower

i liked it very much and parking was convenient to the room

i thought the set up with the pool game room gym and tables looking like it was outside awesome!

prices for the room and bar were a bit high, but were worth it for the cleanliness and comfort, and convenience

we have two small kids so the pool was great.

at 12pm which was great for an extra hour of sleep, pool was clean, overall hotel was clean, and bar staff was also awesome

rooms were clean and the pool was nice. not crowded which was nice.

finally, joann and the other kitchen staff did a fabulous job of preparing hot breakfasts for us and teaching my children how to

i also didn't like that they didn't have an indoor pool or spa since it was chilly we couldn't swim outside

the spa tub/shower combo was sketchy and even my husband wouldn’t shower in it and i ended up just

cold shower to pricey for area kids running around. elevator slow and dirty

there were a ton of young kids unsupervised running and jumping into the pool, acting wild & crazy…it was hard to relax

the in door pool was very nice though a bit on the cold side

the gym wasnt that big but there was enough room to workout w the medicine balls

there was a great selection at breakfast, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fresh fruit

most importantly, the complimentary hot breakfast was very good

the pool area was nice as well
