on the website when i looked up the family room i thought i would be sleeping in one room with my kids for the whole trip

no information in the room what so ever, had to guess reception number to find out if room service was available

very out dated and away out of the road , and even our breakfast door hanger wasnt collected for room service i had to take it to reception at 8am

we were staying in one of the lodge rooms over looking the lake and golf course

they had a bar of real soap in the bathroom so i could generate a lather for shaving

we went to the gym and spa and was just outstanding

gym and pool fantastic with a bonus spin class

was taking up by swimming teachings all day and the small part we did have was full of kids jumping into the pool and throwing water round everyone

it's a pity the bar at entrance wasn't open.

the staff , from reception to the bar , were so nice and so accommodating
