, welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and lounge/bar, kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub immensely

only two sets of towels were in room that was booked for 2 adults and 3 kids

above making every customer feel welcome- i’m in the hospitality industry and this team set the bar for all future hotels in my book
