the heating unit was noisy. i didn't like that late check out is not available.

a higher rate because the person sitting behind the desk said i had no reservations and i had two kids with me that i needed to get rooms for and it was late at night when we arrived

only critique is their policy of requiring front desk staff to let guests into the pool/hot tub room on the weekends

the pool is cracked and has been that way for a long, over 2 years, there’s no resturant, no gym, no snack bar, this property charges still for amenities that it no longer has, and the owner

i couldn't rate the pool because i was only there overnight and didn't get an opportunity to to the pool

there were very young kids in the pool area completely unsupervised
