i used the laundry facility and it was dirty. very unclean area.

i was unable to enjoy the pool because it opened at 10am and check-out was 11:00 instead of noon

and the shuttle to our concert was awesome so were the drivers

location and the great staff and a shuttle that would take you to hay market.
