that the hotel set me up with a private airport shuttle at 6am

i live in ithaca, i decided to stay at this hotel because of the shuttle to the airport

reason that i rated the airport shuttle as poor is because it was not running at 4:45 in the morning when i needed it

shuttle service i arranged the night before for a very early ride to the airport was not booked

very comfortable with a very loud heater that couldn't be turned off, dirty gym, and airport shuttle that took a very long time to arrive

room wasn't very clean, a lot of noise from the laundry near my room, very expensive price on

closeness to cornell university, size of breakfast area, gym (we didn’t see it, but we saw it was there)

the outside wasn't clean. there was trash in the parking lot and close to the entrance.

breakfast was excellent! parking was convenient. the staff was very nice.

parking is a little difficult if the hotel is full.

especially grateful that they quickly sent us a shuttle

our room was above the bar so the noise level was a little high until 10 pm.

find, especially the small parking area for checking in - and that parking area leads through the bar and restaurant- strange layout
