i liked dinner. the pool. the hot tab. and the views of river sacco

the loft room is amazing for parents with kids

the breakfast could have been better

breakfast is simple and great

the only lacking feature was the gym

game room for kids, laundry area if needed, and very clean

pool area was great and the gym was small but fine for amount of people using it

fun activities for kids

it had an indoor and outdoor pool , hot tub indoor and outdoor, kids splash pad

gym could use an update and it doesn't look like it gets cleaned very often

i liked free breakfast and the accessibility to downtown, spa and pools, grills

i liked the price. the room. the breakfast. the location. all around it’s a nice place

my husband even had to take the dirty laundry from our room to the front desk because it was piling up and no one came all day to clean

it's clean and so accommodating/you don't even have to bring your own towels for the pool, they provide those too

staff was very helpful and friendly grandson enjoyed mini golf

when walking up to our room there were bags of dirty laundry and trash making the hallway smell

great location and there is a lot to do, loved mini golf and the pool

the bar is also quite nice and clean

and that there was a full bar for us adults to enjoy

the pool is also well kept

also really liked the fitness gym on site as well as the indoor pool

thing that i didn't like was the water temperature in the pool

there was a restaurant and bar so no need to leave if one wanted an inclusive stay

we also made good use of the self serve laundry which was easy to use

no microwave in the room ! you had to go to the laundry room to use one ! not impressed !

then send new incorrect food and then disregard the rest of the order and then blame it on the kitchen

matress in our room was super lumpy, like sleeping on a sack of laundry

liked the size of the room and the fact that it had a small kitchen included

the game room was super fun as was the basement game room for ping pong, pool, etc; the gym, while small, is clean and had enough for varied workouts

comfortable lounge with creative cocktails, good variety of dinner options and a full breakfast menu as well

we didn’t use the pool and hot tub and we were only staying one night but it looked very clean

our room featured a large spa bath in a large bathroom that was spotless with gorgeous views over the white mountains -

clean, comfortable, convenient for hikers, excellent pool and facility.

the hotel was very quiet, clean, and the pool was awesome

truly overjoyed, the pool area, sauna and fitness facility was spotless

the restaurant wasn’t open. there was no bar to relax at after skiing.

we had gone out to dinner and had no way to reheat the leftovers the next day, so the kids went and asked the main office if there was a microwave they could use quickly and the staff

in room, overall nice accommodations and sofa bed was already pulled out and made up for our kids when we arrived -a small outdoor terrace (we stayed in carriage house) for two people to sit,

would have been great to secure spa services like a massage

trash removal - although there was no regular in room service reportedly d/t covid - which didn't/don't completely understand, but respected - card

food was excellent in the evenings, and breakfast was pretty good

breakfast was amazing and all the staff were very helpful and pleasant

loved the bar being attached to the hotel! music was very good and appropriate for a ski lodge.

internet non existent in bedroom. food in bar was just ok but music and drinks were good!
