friendly staff great breakfast

breakfast was very good ud83dudc4d. eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage!

it was really nice to have a hot breakfast instead of cold food and a piece of fruit

the room was musty and mold in bathroom. the pool was dirty although it was open

i got there before early check in but the managers went to clean it first since the former people were leaving

kids riding bikes and skateboards thru the parking lot and sidewalk were pretty noisy when trying

parking was good, pool looked clean, room was clean.

we stayed one night, had breakfast the next morning then back to warrenton/round top for more shopping

it was a clean, and quiet location. my daughter and grandson loved the pool area.

poor condition with several machines not working, jacuzzi was not heated correctly and was more pool water temperature

the main reason we reserved this hotel was the indoor pool and spa and we find that the spa was turned off and cold (with no one knowing how to turn it on)

talking people on sidewall after 11pm until about 2am being diabetic, the breakfast selection was totally off

there was a fund raiser going on in the parking lot but there was not not much lighting

they worked hard to get me a different room and although me and my kids got to bed extra late waiting on the room to cool down i was still appreciative that we didn't

building with paint peeling on doors and frames, pool appeared dirty but again could have been paint peeling (i didn't take a closer look)
