we like our room needed updated the staff we very friendly the pool was nice need some tlc

i said i had a pet i got smaller beds full instead of queen with 2 kids under the age of 5 and grandma in the one bed makes for an uncomfortable night

and the decor inside, i loved how quiet it was on my floor throughout my stay, i liked the light breakfast they served

there was no continental breakfast and the pool and gym was both closed; i would of thought the hotel would of at offered maybe a voucher of

sent an email stating that they were full so they accomodated us in their parter hotel where the pool was not indoor; we couldnt use it
