bed was great! pool very warm and clean. staff helpful and friendly.

snoring next door neighbor and noisy kids upstairs but that's life!

was a towel bar that looked like it wasn't secure

beds, clean, quiet, good restaurant, 24/7 snacks and drinks for purchase, great location, heated pool and hot tub were also clean and open

nothing negative here. could’ve used better towel stocking at the pool but no big deal.

room was nice as well as kitchen very practical

very clean, kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast

the hotels fault but there were kids running up and down the hallways for a little while around 12am being really loud and

great breakfast (ate there every morning instead of going out)

the gym probably needs a couple machines for weightlifting. swimming was cool.

made it so that we could swim at night as well, very comfortable atmosphere, water bottles in the gym area another plus

what i liked best about the hotel was the hot breakfast served in the morning.

the breakfast choices were pretty standard but i was very happy to find real scrambled eggs

i ordered both for room service and sat and ate in the dining area

also, no answer on the room service phone after two attempts 20 minutes apart
