friendly staff, clean rooms, 24 hour pool/hot tub !!

our very expensive view was a parking lot with a golf course across the street

no safety lock on the door (kids can just walk right in)

kids loved the 24 hour access to the hot chocolate

also, the pool was 24 hours

the pool and hot tub were big and even when other people were in them it didn't feel like they were

hot tub not working, no eggs or bagels and creme cheese at breakfast

the complimentary breakfast

the hotel staff was amazing and the breakfast was wonderful!

breakfast, pool, hot tub, and beds are comfy

the continental breakfast was better than most

the roof top bar with live music was just an added bonus

husband used the spa and loved it

simple breakfast with variety of pastries. waffles were good.

it is not by the water, or pool. it is located up the hill by the golf club.

cottage, well equipped kitchenette, cozy secluded location for a relaxing ski getaway, way better than staying in a

kitchen dishes, pots and pans just okay

beautiful property with free shuttle into village and petoskey

thought i was staying at the cottages at bay harbor, not across the street at a cottage on a golf course

“bad” thing was for half of our stay, the pool & hot tub were closed for maintenance but that is just the timing of our stay, we were

staff friendly and helpful. good beds and pool. very clean facilities

liked that our room was near the pool; the kids really enjoyed close and easy access to the pool

pool area needs cleaning: obvious rust by the entry door and equipment

unfortunately the hot tub was not working and the pool was a little cold but very clean.

hotel breakfast attendant that addressed my son very rudely rather than speak to me, the adult that's

breakfast was available from 6-10 am and due to covid was a bagged breakfast vs

the complimentary limo service was a fun experience for the kids

overall clean. my kids liked the pool.

if these 2 things were fixed it would be excellent and i would pay more to stay there cuz kids love

pool and hot tub at the clocktower are awesome

catered to older kids but i have a 4 yr old and could’ve used more for her age

the pool is warm

the alpine golf course was one of the best i have played

there was an inside water park attached,they gave us a free chair lift ride and the property was beautiful

bar on level 2 should be used for guests

wish the lobby bar would be open at night - it may be too noisy to have too late in the night, but a cocktail hour

when we were here in the summer they had the bar open on the patio but that was closed this time so we sat on the big porch outfront and had a

you do not want your clothing to smell like fried and grilled food, avoid the room right over the kitchen

room was above the kitchen door to the outside, and every time someone went in and out the screen door they would let

could change up the breakfast same thing every day :(

they even gave me a gallon bag of ice from the kitchen for my little cooler

the pool was cold and in need of repair.

very peaceful and the pool was great for our 8 & 10 yr olds!

lovely relaxing sitting room with a bar makes for a great place to relax before retiring for the evening

we were a bit chilled from skiing and they got the fireplace going and made us tea at the bar to warm up

the gentleman in breakfast room went above and beyond

didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked like the perfect place

very charming! great location! staff was very pleasant at breakfast!

we arrived just before dark so we didn't get to swim because the pool closed at 9pm

the pool area was nice and quiet

i don't remember if they had a pool or not though

a full kitchen and laundry in the condo made the trip more comfortable

there was a full kitchen with a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and sink
