the bar staff paid attention to detail and the friday night entertainment was awesome

they had many activities for kids as it was spring break

although we didn't get a chance to use the pool it looked very inviting abd many other people were using it

not having any access to beach or pool till we checked in at 4:00

we were on the 4th floor and the one elevator was being painted upon arrival so my small kids and i had to lug everything up four flights of stairs

the worst was our golf cart driver dropped us off at the bridge and we then walked to the lobster house and when i

you would think it would be noisy, but it was very delightful hearing the parents and kids laughing and having fun

also, the property has a heated pool and is right on the beach, so the location is great

we came just before memorial day so the outdoor pool was warm, but star bar was closed.

gym was really small, i could never get to use it

are kind of slow, someone kept making a terrible mess of the hotel bathrooms, i suspect it was kids, if adults did what i saw, they should have been kicked out with no refund

wifi connection was not good during our stay and the quiet hours are posted from 10pm to 6 am, but

in a group of rooms on one floor that had a nice countertop, kitchen area, sink, etc

pool attendant at ocean resort was super strict- would not let kids play with balls in the pool or kids in the hot tub

sofa bed were very uncomfortable too thin and you felt the metal underneath kids were uncomfortable sleeping

also, the shuttle service to take you to harry s is a huge bonus since we love it there too

thing is they have free breakfast and wifi listed on your website and this is the reason why we booked this room over the others

i booked the deluxe room, had a kitchen and a table to eat, and the balcony had seats and all the ocean view is amazing my daugther
