bedroom was too small no wifi and i get charge for the 2 kids booking should tell me that before i go

to meet others, lots of activities, good eating options, kids club, friendly and helpful

it was 4 adult 2 kids we had just flew in from miami n i had booked for early checking they didn’t want to

not enough excursion. need more activity for kids

everything went well. the hotel is family oriented, good environment for kids.

and attentive, the room had everything i needed, the internet was fast, the property had a pool and a bar, and the rest of the staff made sure i had a great experience

finally, it's necessary to write depth instructions for the pool, what if a guest doesn't know how to swim

the breakfast at all ,the drinking water got me sick to my stomach

by 8 am there’s nothing much to eat for breakfast once the tray is finish they don’t refill it

the property was very nice and clean i like the pool with water from the local rivers

no customer service at the pool bar.

the wifi is very weak improvement is needed in that category as well
