great staff that helped with multiple requests, directions, and even let us stay in the breakfast area past the breakfast hours

appreciated protein choices at breakfast as i am diabetic

we were allowed early check in, which was nice so we could o shopping at canton early.

my husband is a diabetic, although very good, wish there was more breakfast choices.

didn't get breakfast , didn't know if there was any due to the covid19

i wish they would upgrade there is swarm pool and hot tub

we were disappointed to learn the hot tub was broken, the pool was too cold, the wifi kept going out as did the cable so we had a hard time watching tv or

like that the hot tub at the pool didn’t work and the jacuzzi tub in our room didn’t work either

one of our group who's room was by the pool had to listen to people talking outside her room during the night

full size fridge, pool looked great as far as water but never got to get in.

i couldn't use the pool due to lack of time, but it seemed clean and well maintained

outside of that,they are friendly,reasonable on dog fee,very pet friendly,and a reasonable early check in fee
