we had a suite so the kids had a separate interconnecting room

we got the suite and it was the most spacious room i have ever been in. the kids loved it.

the kids loved the tv and the games that were on it it kept them entertained in the evenings and

was perfect apart from the sausages at breakfast were very salty so my kids who love sausages couldn't eat

that said, are kids wake up early anyway

the bar was nice, friendly locals, and the beer was excellent

only thing i was a little disappointed about was that the bar shut shortly after 11 and we had to leave so they could put the alarm on

the kids absolutely loved seeing the horses

and the room service is a little expensive but all in all this is a great hotel and i will definitely come

no wifi signal in room and only just managed to tether off my phone on 1 bar

the location is so peaceful , golf and swimming , spa are all relaxing

didn t have time to use the gym or pool as we went out

dining and breakfast is highly recommended complimented by a wide range of drinks in the bar area all in a beautifully relaxed setting

the corridor was a thoroughfare from 0700 and considering we had left the kids with relatives we were hoping for a lie in

good staff the food was very good at a very reasonable price the view over the golf course and a very layed back feel about the hotel a very enjoyable stay everything was

no bar or breakfast

stayed at smithaleigh for many years now but didn’t realise they had taken the bar and restaurant away and made them into flats so no breakfast or evening

the kitchen has tea and coffee facilities and full kitchen utensils

unfortunately no wifi in the room. bar not open on the night we stayed.

it was very big, comfortable and we have found everything in the kitchen to cook our breakfast
