we loved the pool and hot tub

room was immaculate and breakfast was great

asked for a late check out at 12:30 pm and front desk did nothing with my information so i still got a call in

she was so friendly and informative, advising us as to how breakfast would be handled, giving us water and giving us a choice of floors

the breakfast was really good, the location was right where we. wanted to stay.

it all got reserved and then when we went to order room service, they told us they couldn't because of the live music

the stay tremendously -- was able to check in early before spa appointments -- all csr's very friendly and courteous -- wonderful spa treatments -- very good

not enough handicapped parking

was very spacious and clean

the inn is still not providing room service which, although not a problem, seems odd since the staff would rarely be in the room

pool closing at 9pm adults should be allowed to stay in the pool longer

comfortable beds, helpful employees, restaurant in the parking lot and the pool

whirlpool tub in our room was fantastic
