pool area bar service was very spotty… no hot tub…

wish they had an indoor pool and the beds were a bit squishy for my taste

had to have id to get to restaurant. would have been nice to have a pool open.

for water for keurig maker, charging fee for “breakfast” and no pool/hot tub reservation ability since

i went to the hot tub the chlorine was so intense my eyes were burning so bad i had to leave the pool

us that the restaurant in the hotel was closed or that the swimming pool was closed or that the bar was closed

parking was excelllent

suite with kitchenette + bedroom concept was superior to other chains

clean and had all the amenities including free laundry

i love having laundry facilities available so that i can go home with clean clothes

felt it was everything promised, clean, modern, technology friendly, very well lit parking lot and wonderful beds and pillows

about it was great and we especially liked the laundry room but they needed a chair or a place to sit

was as equally chaotic with kids running through the halls, playing on the elevator, and in the gym

the fault of the property, but there were a lot of kids scurrying around the food area, making messes and being loud-i guess being kids

i didn’t use the gym or pool, but maybe next time

only recommendation would be to serve breakfast a little later than 9 am during the week.

the parking lot more than anything

the location was good, but getting in and out of the parking lot was not the best

parking around the hotel a little dark

being able to turn left out of the hotel parking lot
