pool was a little chilly

i checked in at night, and it was difficult to maneuver the luggage and small kids to get up the partly

liked the free continental breakfast that was supplied

everything was great. i didn't have breakfast by choice. i didn't even go look.

we had the king room with spa bath and loved the separate living area with tv and location of the jacuzzi

tried to order room service and no one would help us!

to covid we couldn't get room service, which is fine

called for room service and got voicemail

beds were comfortable, room very clean, pool area very nice, fitness room adequate

our order included a pot of coffee, 2 chocolate milks and one order of waffles with room service, and was $46

close to shops and attractions.. my grandkids loved the pool

i like the location and the indoor pool.

unfortunately, the laundry machines weren’t working at the time, which was a bit inconvenient.

the kids were so upset the other hotel didn't have their pool open, so this saved that part of it

pool never got cleaned enough to use it.
