everything was good, nice breakfast clean hotel

liked that there was a fitness room with a treadmill that i walked on

fitness center was clean and spacious with high-end treadmills

was loud sometimes with kids and dogs barking

wish i had a pool for the kids, but that is the only thing that would make this place any

spacy rooms, well equipped fitness, close to shops and restaurant, nice rooftop restaurant /

breakfast was great, we were greeted by the friendly kitchen staff

breakfast was very good. bar was good. location was great.

enjoyed my stay, one thing i didn’t love was the limited selection of cocktails and food at the bar

rooftop restaurant and bar, as well as breakfast, were excellent

need a bigger space for breakfast seating. not enough room for everyone to sit.

was a little pricey for one night and alittle further from the casino than some of the cheaper

less than a mile from harrah's cherokee valley river casino if that's what you're in the area for

the staff was very friendly. hotel was clean & close to the casino.

in door pool was nice water could have been warmer

i forgot my swim suit for the nice heated pool. i know that's my fault!!!

we love that the pool is heated, the rooms are clean and you can make waffles in the breakfast area

liked that they have an indoor pool that was nice for the kids while visiting in 40* weather

over $200 was a bit steep. i would have expected about $50 less. not even sure they had a pool.

the free wifi was sporadic and weak

casino had plenty of slot machines to choose from

usb charging issues and lack of room service food

opens at 3pm

parking was inadequate
