(+) the complimentary room service sparkling wine for my husband's birthday was a lovely surprise (-)tea and coffee were provided as a free room service both in the lounge and in bedrooms, personally we would have preferred tea and coffee

spa was untidy overflowing bin with water cups and bathrobes piling out of laundry basket one steam room not

gets quite busy and crowded, but still an easy uber or drive and there was surprisingly ample parking in town

breakfast was exceptional, as was the bar where we ate twice. best fish and chips.

the staff was excellent and the restaurant and bar are not to miss!
