the only disappointment was the pool was too cold.

not much to do on the property apart from golf/spa.

the breakfast room was lovely and the on site restaurants were great, very well thought out and

had all the toiletries, the little garden outside our room was nice with a good view to the golf course

we did enjoy the breakfast especially the owners homemade bread, there was just nice local family setup business

my huband used the gym facilities, not very crowded around 8am

spa facilities were excellent - had a lovely massage food in the restaurant was excellent - huge

the next morning i had an amazing full irish breakfast

the bar downstairs is attended by both guests and locals

the room was ready for early check in which we were so happy with as we had a

no sports on tv in bar but that ok it is a quite place.

staff were very pleasant and couldn't be any more helpful and afterwards we enjoyed drinks in the bar bar staff again gave an excellent service and very attentive even though they were very busy

the lovely attention in the bar where i sat with my book for a few hours, the extensive and healthy breakfast

kids are not allowed to use the pool facilities which should be noted when booking other than that

the only fault i could mention would be the fact that residents don't stay in the bar for a drink in the evening, possibly because the bar isn't manned all the time

great location central and so convenient near to lots of sites, activities etc for kids and adults

i felt it was the hotel for us because we have 3 kids and the hotel seems to cater for that family element

they did everything they could to help us, everyone in bray is so sound like beds super comfy kitchen amazing chipper down the road 10/10 love the view of the beach over all will be back
