parking was a little tricky

both the restaurant and the bar were closed

the bar associated with hotel is a plus

there wasn't a room service menu

advertisement said they have room service but they didnt

i also didn't like that there was no breakfast bar like in other hotels i usually stay at

waitresses at bar and at breakfast bar were very friendly

no free breakfast...:(

we had dinner and breakfast there for convenience sake and were not let down

i wish they had towels outside for the pool

a clean, nicely designed, updated regularly, rooms are amazing, pool sparkling, and most important of all secure place where you don't have to worry about people

pool closed, but that was understandable due to covid-19 restrictions

due to virus pool gym and breakfast were all closed. made for a boring stay..

location is supreme, near so many things, a store, the mall, and planet fitness

center was great, their covid regulations are strict and they allowed only one person in the gym

i called and asked for an early check in because this was a birthday surprise and i wanted to decorate the room before

warm greeting as i entered, suggested where to park my vehicle that was towing a u-haul trailer, shared local events in

the maintenance of the pools was great,the staff was cleaning the pool right

friendly staff, clean and spacious room, great hot breakfast with lots of choices of different foods, comfortable beds

the pool was not either because the pandemic, it was no fault of the employees

due to c-19 no hot breakfast could be served but cereal and milk and items like this were easily accessible in the

receptionist shelby was very nice. room was clean. love the pool, hot tub, and fitness center!

didnt care for the fact they done away with the hot food for breakfast and left only cereal and bagels and other cold or roaster ready foods

lock of customer service, i call the front because there was kids yelling and screaming from 5 pm till 2 am , there was a woman yelling as well, i call at 10:30
