restaurant nor bar facilities clean but old and dated no warm water in the morning to wash or shower

coffee was not available and bar was shut but this was due to covid so understandable

free soft drinks in the mini bar and hairdryer provided

were disappointed to find on arrival that the bar and restaurant were closed 26 dec - 30 jan although there was no mention of this in the booking

there was no balcony or smoking area. we arrived late and no room service.

we were not allowed in the garden/pool area because of a communion party and therefore had to sit on our balcony which was in shade

well, i suppose the pool wasn't open because of the season which surprised us as it was so warm while we were there but

we had room service bring us drinks and food, it was very nice

kettle in the room rather than room service, our room was looking a little dated compared to the public

guy on reception was not on the ball and could have been more helpful over parking

the wifi is also really poor and only really exists around the reception area

staff were excellent, large room, evening meal first class, pleasant setting plenty of car parking

one thing i would comment on but not an issue was that the hot breakfast had more choice on some days than others
