hotel is nice and well mantained, good variety of products at buffet breakfast

best evening meal on our 7 days of travelling around portugal and a superb breakfast

fantastic place and a beautiful town we arrived late just as the bar was shutting after motorcycle breakdowns

pool looked so great, but we arrived to late to jump in, but clean and inviting on a hot day

not that i didn't like but breakfast could be improved. the coffee is really not good.

there was very bad wifi in the room

limited service at this time of year, but got breakfast in room

didn't have wifi but i understand, the signal was not very good at the hotel's area

the gardens had lovely large trees for shade and a sparkling pool for swimming

parking was free and easy

there is also a big nice garden with a swimming pool

it has easy onsite parking

lovely space excellent amenities perfect location delicious breakfast and friendly staff

also used the spa facility which is half inside, half out overlooking the river

the inside is amazing, we had a spacious room with also a babybed

room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good

staff is awesome, the hotel is immaculate and breakfast is wonderful

if i was being super critical, i would say it’s a 4 star not a 5 as i would expect room service from a true 5 star

is awesome as it is in a large beautiful square (that all the local adults hang out in and the kids play in - which is fun to watch) and close to all the things you want to see

had room service with an evening meal & unfortunately we found the food not hot, so we left it

very clean. good location. good breakfast with great selection of fruits.

the wifi was inconsistent

it was so lovely. staff even did laundry for me and made me feel so welcome.

they were so kind to help us with laundry, gave great restaurant recommendations and were overall just helpful and polite

my kids found the ac and tv a bit outdated as they were very old models and not too many choices to

all indoor facilities eg pool, spa, gym, are closed but no problem for us
