great hosts, great breakfast, very inviting

i didn't use the pool but it also is next to the creek which is beautiful

enjoyed the pool as well

instead we got a king room with a patio under the kitchen and dining area with lots of noise (moving furniture)

beautiful setting. great staff. yummy breakfast. pretty pool setting. felt like i was in italy.

i loved the mineral pools and the atmosphere. the staff was friendly and courteous.

i contacted them day before our check in date, about shuttle services and they had fully assisted me

they hooked us up for day passes to a local spa that was beyond beautiful with so many amenities, we spent the day relaxing there and hopping

the morning, eden and elizabeth were very obliging in helping us with reservations for diner and spa bookings (btw they have a deal with solage that their guests get reduced cost to use thermal

it makes it into less of a real hotel experience and more like renting an apartment (without a kitchen, of course)

and she even brought the breakfast basket to the cottage herself

perfect breakfast delivered to our 'birdhouse' each morning

breakfast delivered to the door was such a treat and our host, kate, made us feel at home

our innkeeper kate brought a thoughtful and delicious breakfast to our door each morning and she was so kind, friendly and helpful with recommendations

in the cottage: a cup and a rubber bath mat in the bathroom, some paper towels or napkins in the kitchen

maybe more beds around the pool as a large group could, and did, monopolise it.
