24 hour pool was the best thing about the stay and the kids were so happy with that seeing as we got in late

there is no front desk, no concierge, and no room service but you do have a kitchenette and in room laundry machines

there is an exceptional gym that hotel guests can use which was also a great bonus

kids enjoyed the scooters available to them as well

area has quite a lot of homeless people around, and this makes walking in the street with little kids an unpleasant experience

nice clean big room and flexibility for an early check in

when i called to ask about an early check in, i was sort of brushed off and told to call back in an hour to which i didn't as i

i was with my kids on vacation so we wanted to sleep, but any flexibility after 11am was given by the staff

one thing worth mentioning is the sound proof isn't the best which you can hear kids talking in the hallway, however, other guests were mindful and it's quiet in the room

to airport with shuttle; spacious and beautiful room; close to good late night dining

the bath and shower were a highlight along with the excellent service, free airport shuttle and outdoor pool

one airport shuttle running in the evening so we had to stay in the shuttle (with 2 very tired kids) for a while when the shuttle u-turned to pick up more people when we were already halfway

they allowed for early check in both on arrival and after cruise

our staying was very nice beginning from early check in ( at 1 pm), and finishing be free breakfast and free underground parking

the laundry facilities were a godsend but oddly were attached to the gym

misleading about the free shuttle to canada place, we assumed you could return (it is only one way), luckily we had a car and

the price only because the gym and hot tub and sauna were of poor quality
