our room was stuck between a guy cooking on a grill in the middle of the parking lot who was pretty much having a party there were six other people with him and the woman

was noisy, people in parking lot being loud, well into night & early morning construction next door

including repaving the parking lots

room service lady is really nice

even the parking lot was clean and well kept

great location for golf and beach

also, the laundry dryer didn't seem to work well as our clothes were still damp after a whole hour of drying

the pool

the shuttle guy could be a little friendlier

wish the bar was open more often

great staff, the attached bar and coffee shop were both fantastic

they are not only dog friendly but do not charge a pet fee - something we’ve never experienced before

they had a great swimming pool the inn was cozy and charming, it had personality unlike so many of the modern hotels

the only downfall was room 148 is right next to the laundry room and they were so loud so early

was ultra clean and there was an adjustable ac unit in the room which was easy to change, the parking was free unlike motel 6 which had no parking

the room had a jacuzzi as the provision for a “spa room” but what was missing was a least a small bottle of a bubble bath soap which would have

the best thing about my stay was that rick accommodated me with early check in and late check out

only knock would be the parking, but this is newport and an old city that wasn't built for a lot of vehicles

it had a ramp and parking behind it
