loudness outside my door,bugs,bumbs in parking lot

understand, they were rude, room was dirty, and there was some sketchy activity going on in the parking lot all night

location was easy to find and plenty of parking

dirty, smelly, holes in the wall, i was panhandled in the parking lot

the location, the cleanliness, the comfort of the room, the night staff & the rooftop bar were all exceptional

the price of breakfast

bar was beautiful

i didn’t eat breakfast but i had coffee and it was good

we loved the dining and lounge areas in the home too, and enjoyed the delicious breakfast as well

the house is so beautiful and the continental breakfast was superb

the only problem i seen was there were groups of people hanging out in the halls and parking lot that made me feel uncomfortable

bar area is always festive, fun and has a great balcony and view

amazing bar and outdoor space in front of the belltower

there was some sort of formal dance with dozens of college aged kids all over the place, which was very inconvenient

don’t hire kids that don’t know how to work in customer relations

love that its an inside pool. temperature was good.

also i wish the shower had a detachable shower head to make it easier to shower for kids

was awful, it cost me $8 to do 1 load of laundry

need to occasionally check for bugs as wasp were flying around and a bug fell feom ceiling in the pool

the staff was excellent! rooms were clean! kids had an awesome time at the indoor pool area.

complaining about quarters to do laundry in the facility an the dryer doesn't dry did it multiple

there is a guest laundry with one washing machine at 1 dryer for a $1
