pool

the property's fault, but our room was right outside the pool/laundry area and we could hear everything

no do not disturb sign for the door and no laundry bag for dirty laundry

the laundry and pool adjoined the lobby added moisture, odors and sound

*asked for extra towels, only 2 in room for 3 people and was told they were short staffed and laundry hadn’t been done

did not serve breakfast, even though advertised.

no play area for the kids

they do offer breakfast but i didn't get up in time to try any

only issue the pool is out of order. not sure why. other than that it's been a really good stay.

breakfast was good room very clean they help me switch room with no issues when i ran into an issue

the wifi was awesome and that i could have a smoke too

there was no parking and there was bugs in the bed

then a car driving slow through the parking lot every 30-45 mins the rest of the night

didn't do breakfast but once,but it's okay

did not eat any breakfast but my room was nice

dirty, smelly, holes in the wall, i was panhandled in the parking lot

people selling drugs in the parking lot

loudness outside my door,bugs,bumbs in parking lot

location was easy to find and plenty of parking

understand, they were rude, room was dirty, and there was some sketchy activity going on in the parking lot all night

the house is so beautiful and the continental breakfast was superb

well run, great staff, good breakfast, fun happy hour

we loved the dining and lounge areas in the home too, and enjoyed the delicious breakfast as well

have stayed a few times at the aloft since my kids go to nc state

amazing bar and outdoor space in front of the belltower

there was some sort of formal dance with dozens of college aged kids all over the place, which was very inconvenient

if i have to say anything, it would suggest to open the bar area a little earlier

don’t hire kids that don’t know how to work in customer relations
