i love the separate pool area, got a great massage, everyone was wonderful

happy they had the restaurant and bar it was delicious

in room in the lobby for breakfast and after dinner coffee was all the same weak no flavor

breakfast was lacking but for the price was ok

front desk person was new , totally overwhelmed, didn't have our reservation, kids running around the lobby , other guests yelling about their key passes not working etc etc

was easy access off the interstate, clean, quiet, smoke free, and had great hot breakfast options

laundry room was out of service

broken some time as the bottom of bathroom door was peeling due to the steam and no fan filthy laundry room , only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel dryer did not work properly

new renovations look great and additions are a plus (gym room + offered more selections for breakfast) since the last time i stayed a couple of years

i'm glad there is no weight limit for dogs and no pet fee

gina was our waitress at tuscan kitchen that night & she was a delight- we forgot our cheaters & she loaned us a pair

all the stores at walking distance, lots of dining options, the fluffy bed and pillows, the gym, proximity to our family’s home, elegant yet casual place

tuscan kitchen was amazing i really enjoyed the food and drinks, our wait staff was amazing

good parking, excellent staff & over-the-top hospitality, outdoor dinner ambiance, lots of living

staff very friendly and parking just behind the facility

the parking lot is also a bonus

parking is also very convenient, and there is a bar for entertainment in the evening

wifi went out, very inconvenient. room

asked for early check in and didn’t get it when i arrived

i was very pleasantly surprised to discover we had washing machines and dryers for laundry on each floor

a lot of work elevators dirty divots in the floor of elevators, ice room laundry area dirty, ceiling in bathroom was pealing, just looked unkept

they were able to book us in early which was nice but when i called the day before to ask about it i was met with a not so nice
