it isn t a touristy area (which is nice), although sumidero canyon is pretty spectacular, good wifi, decent cable tv on a flat screen if you need to catch up on espn sports back home or brush up (+) great wifi connection (+) it's quiet so you get a good rest, free drinking water, cable tv, excellent wifi and hot water (+) wifi strong everywhere (+) clean room, good wifi, tasty buffet breakfast at nearby restaurant with special price for hotel guests (-)the wifi sucks. (-)air conditioning too loud window type, wifi did not work (-)wifi connection was very weak and there was a big group of guests that took over the swimming pool (-) the wifi was not available in the room

the promised breakfast was a big surprise to the hotel, and they could not find out to order a taxi

booked a room with breakfast included, and on the booking app it said the menu included hot cakes

the air conditioning is very loud, you cannot use it at night. the breakfast is very very basic.

staff could be more attentive, brighter lightbulbs as the rooms were really dark, pool was nice but sometimes cigarette butts left around it or plastic floating in it
