pool heat was turned off during our stay and it was cold out

location, near a lot of restaurants, friendly staff, nice little pool, quiet at night, clean

exellent place, location, pool, everything was great.

best part is , you can fish off the rear concrete dock , the room was really clean, nice deep pool , plenty of parking on the property

the pool was nice for more swimming in the afternoon

the room was super clean, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has all the gadgets, every building has a bbq, and the common areas are beautiful

the pool was refreshing after a day of shopping and sightseeing

the sitter are fully equipped with a kitchen and all the utensils you might need, plates, eating utensils, baking pan, cups everything,

like the pool, like the marina and the new colors of the buildings

we definitely plan to go back on an off-season when it’s more affordable and take our six kids

establishments which is important due to their extremely inconvenient parking space

parking was weird

had a cottage for 4 lots of room, kitchen and very clean

i liked that there wasn't many kids there

their fitness facility was just fine too

my daughters enjoyed using the fitness facilities and my husband and i *loved* using the free kayaks and sups - total bonus and

a good place for kids, all kinds of things available for them to do

the pool was a little warm.

my kids did enjoy it the following morning

like other reviews said, there is no bar or restaurant onsite a small pool/beach bar would be cool but the publix is so close

on sunday they opened the bar at 1pm and they where are you not serving food.

pool was clean ,rooms were clean a/c worked well , elevator worked.

i did not see a laundry area

we stayed in the airstream- cosy to sleep- little kind of kitchenette - but without a sink- but little fridge

fee was high for what you got, but was hit with an extremely high pet fee, over $800 for the 5 days even though our pets were registered eso animals

the property itself is expansive, with tons of things to do: kayaking, paddle boarding, mini golf, and more

had to chase pool towels

gorgeous resort with many activities to do with the family: basketball, volleyball, mini golf, bicycles, kayak, etc

i watched some facilities executive chew out a senior staff member in the gym for 30 minutes over fruit in the water and towels

golf was also a nice bonus and champagne check in

pool, lots of included activities (fishing poles, paddle boards & kayaks, bikes, a fun rec room, golf and golf clubs, a free shuttle, etc) and an incredibly comfortable bed

the staff was extremely helpful from the valet to the front desk to the bar tender

golf, tennis, basketball, kayaks, jet skis, fishing, they got it all

even an included in resort fee laundry service and the villa was serviced each day

we also loved being able to contact the shuttle for rides to and from the resort and local restaurants

they use a phone/text system when there for shuttle transportation, however this does not work when uk mobile provided, i suggested whatsapp

the ability to ride the free shuttle between this and their sister property that had more amenities was wonderful

the comfort of being home; location is great; not too many people for the pool and property.

a lot of usable beachfront, piers extending into the ocean, and new first-class pool with tiki bar including wine & beer service

sand beach, bar and pool are great stayed in 3 bedroom cottage which was spotless modern kitchen and

i was in the bigger building with parking underneath which was nice to avoid the sun

they squaked every morning around 7am and woke us all up, but my kids thought they were fun to watch throughout our stay

the room minimalist,the ocean front plus the small kitchen that i can cook and chill also in the pool

laundry facility where ice machine was kept smelled very musty. so we avoided it.

room, kitchen, and living are were very spacious

all we needed… there are larger units with full kitchens

i also love the flexibility of their late check out time because we were diving on their resort boat

breakfast was awesome and a perfect way to start the day

only that i was told the pool woukd be heated

and the beach swim area seemed small but, i wasn't there to swim so if my kids were little and swimming, that would have been fine to keep an eye on them

amazing location, was offered early check in as our room was ready.

there’s construction going on for a new pool so that kinda brought down the view of the beach at first but after the first day, you don’t

didn’t end up eating there for dinner or getting drinks because it took too long with kids and lots of smoking outside

pool water quality questionable. babies and kids in pool = pee and vomit.
