beautiful place with a pool and very friendly stuff

it was great that we could get electric kettle for warming up water for our kids bottle and coffee in the morning

pool is nice and refreshing

the swimming pool is shallow and kid-friendly

considering we went in december the pool water was rather cold, hence couldn't enjoy it to the fullest

dinner at le caravane restaurant was below average, but their breakfast there was tremendous.

kids club was completely empty and sort of derelict- you cannot leave your child there - its more

- golf area is amazing and this hotel is very famous for that

for example in the bar there were multiple hands working on one thing making it look like a drama

the swimming pool was cleaned just after our arrival so the children could use it

the staff is friendly. facility is quite and good for chilling. breakfast is good.

markets 8 km away, need a car , no big restaurant near by, 24 hrs open swimming pool with 8 feet deep ,need an assistant all the time need more kitchen

stayed here as a family with 3 kids three nights after our arrival to marrakech

he would approach us every day by the pool with a friendly greeting, and nothing was too much for him in order to make our stay a delight

food choices for children could have been a bit better but the food was still nice for us adults

last but not least the room service is not existing, they dont bring daily water in the room and often they didnt change

the parking attendants were especially kind, they immediately sent someone to help me unload my car,

the parking was full i wouldn't go back and would not recommend it

the hotel is near menara mall about a 7min walk good for food and kids play area, mcds & kfc are a 7min wall the other way, taxi from the airport was 150dhs each way

the wifi is bad, but that s everywhere in morocco.

it’s a family friendly holiday home for couples with kids

the weather was too hot and the place provides the perfect environment to chill out by the pool

gym was sparse only 3 machines and outdated
