the facilities are great and the swimming pool was very welcome on the very hot days

the website indicated that the rooms had kitchens and microwaves

no kitchen/microwave in the room. only two elevators in service.

not usually a big deal but when you have small kids and all the stuff that goes with them its a pain to take stairs to the 8th floor several times

the room was gorgeous, the vegan breakfast delicious and the staff friendly.

resort was clean and looked freshly renovated. had nice outdoor area around pool.
