customer service, great food, the tiki bar was awesome and fun, i also enjoyed the mani n pedi i got

staff couldn’t provide laundry soap

location is good and relatively safe, publix, cvs, walgreens, bus stop, coin laundry, etc close by

the gym was lack

the shower could use a bar for people like me who can step in but need something to hold onto for balance

enjoyed happy hour at the bar (5-7 every day)

the hotel has so much ‘life’ in its self that the kids were busy for hours

our problems to the lady at the front desk and she was so apologetic and was so quick to comp or room service bill which was a good amount and i didn t even ask for that

24-hour pool, everything is very clean, a large area with two jacuzzis and two swimming pools

the staff are fantastic, the room was wonderful and the pool area etc were lovely

there is a large selection of good beers and wines, there is generally no open bar in the pool (even if it is paid) is possible you can of course call the reception and order, but again

breakfast was perfect as well as the complimentary snacks, lemonade, ice tea and sun screen around
