the music from the bar but i can live with it since they quit playing at 10
parking that night was unavailable due to the crowd
the room was clean and breakfast offered several options
only thing i did not like is there is a very active bar basically in the hotel so the rooms that are right next to that

clean, staff super friendly and breakfast was great i was a little skeptical because i have young kids and i've never stay at any
little kids and a shower were a little troublesome but we made it work
the pool was still closed.
employees don’t watch their kids at all, they let a 2-3 year old swim in the 3’-5’ pool by herself and she almost drowned,

the breakfast was great
the gas station is within walking distance and so is a walking trail, miniature golf, another really good restaurant and a skateboarding park
breakfast was very good
on the beach, had an attached restaurant to dine in or order takeout, reasonably priced, free breakfast to go only in styrofoam containers in hotel lobby, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage
family events: close to restaurants, family entertainment such as playground parks / putt-putt golf / ft clinch tour

breakfast was fabulous and so was wine hour. porch was lovely. definitely want to go again.
the breakfast was exceptional. the room and building were charming.
the smell of the lobby was a constant mix of bacon and coffee - could be hard to ventilate out breakfast smells in a smaller property, but worth trying to improve

facilities are beautiful, the oceanfront location for a bed and breakfast is rare

the pool and restaurant were closed
all vending machines are empty pool is broken
water or graham crackers or put together some kind of breakfast box for your guests and the pool wasn't ready thats my only dislikes but overall its a great
no pool and no breakfast
kinda noisy in certain rooms at certain times due to truckers idling in parking lot at night and businesses adjacent to property
