lady at the front desk told me breakfast was from 6-10am so my daughter & i went down at 9:30am & it was closed

there was a breakfast included

it hit all my needs. just wish there was cream cheese for the bagels for breakfast.

the connected bar had an overpriced burger and the fries were reallt salty.

after arriving, eating at joe's/lou's lounge (by the way, the bar tender/waitress, was very nice); and settling in the room, showering and sleeping was wonderful

we enjoyed the bar inside the hotel for a nightcap.

was a wedding going on when arrived couldn’t use the down stairs areas till after 9pm (bar etc) football game was at 8:30 so wasn’t there when bar was available or outside balcony

the antiques, stained glass and woodwork. the bar tender, mandy, was wonderful

room service was also provided in to-go packaging

the management has yet to reach out and i was only given a 20 dollar credit toward room service and free microwave/mini-fridge

we checked in no one told us there would be no room service

the gym is very good for a hotel-gym: it has treadmills, dumbells and few machines, and was never

hotel is beautiful but needs a better room service options for food menu also the drinks at the bar were very limited other than that i

beware~the woman that works the bar (jamie dark black hair) is very edgy

as many tampons/pads as i needed, she upgraded our room at no cost, and we were able to have an early check in/later check out

my sister and i could cook meals in a well stocked kitchen instead of needing to go to restaurants (we'd been traveling for awhile)

the stunnning lobby, the huge ballroom, and the tall, spacious rooms with huge windows and full kitchen, it was perfect for us

the kitchen pans and some cutlery were left dirty

we had no light bulbs in our kitchen area

location, the kitchen and a decent view. the staff i cannot say enough about them!!

the gym was great , nice to have microwave on the floor.

bar area staff need some work took way to long for the drinks to come and anyone to wait on you

there were snacks available at all times and all you would need for a healthy breakfast

the hosts were super friendly, they had a great selection of food for breakfast, the location is great for accessing the trail

towels were provided and while i didn't take advantage of the breakfast, the granola bars were readily available

the place has been beautifully renovated and the complimentary breakfast is delicious: croissants, pastries, bread, eggs and coffee or tea

the breakfast options provided for the morning were great, and the coffee was excellent
