didn’t like that we had to give up our parking spaces to allow for boats

pool was nice, the staff was kind, and after a long days work it was very welcoming, the rooms were

plenty of room for boat and trailer parking, good location and was not worried about anything disappearing out of my boat or truck

swimming pool would have been a plus but it’s unheated and was out of service at the time we were there

no place to sit outside. pool was locked so you had to get the key to unlock the gate to use it.

inaccessible for many people; should have been on kitchen counter

the rooms were comfortable and cozy, i liked that the rooms had its own kitchen

had rented out the whole house and were staying in a home with a separate living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom

there's nothing to do around the hotel. no where to get food and even the pool was closed

laundry facilities and staff

laundry room extremely poor, laundry and dryers didn’t work

pool under renovation but absolutely no work being done on it.

everything was being replaced, the pool needed lounge chairs

no bugs at all inside, close to where i needed to be, open, clean pool, lots of vending machines, laundry works

we requested a room with a pullout couch for my kids to sleep on

breakfast could be better and a new juice machine

the bar was great and very friendly

the pool was out of action during my stay. opening again in the fall.

i specifically asked for a quiet room and i was assigned to a room that was close to a laundry room as i heard a drier rattling close to the room while we were trying to get to sleep

they have a laundry room which was very helpful

location was best for us, near citywalk, everything else was good, didn't eat breakfast

the staff should assist kids with the waffle machine but not the adults

were multiple groups of schools staying there which lead to complete chaos during the meal - the kids were rude
