staff was amazing, older hotel but nicely remodeled. area was quiet. pool was very clean!

swimming pool would have been a plus but it’s unheated and was out of service at the time we were there

no place to sit outside. pool was locked so you had to get the key to unlock the gate to use it.

kitchen was large and well equipped for longer stays

inaccessible for many people; should have been on kitchen counter

the rooms were comfortable and cozy, i liked that the rooms had its own kitchen

had rented out the whole house and were staying in a home with a separate living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom

there's nothing to do around the hotel. no where to get food and even the pool was closed

laundry facilities and staff

laundry room extremely poor, laundry and dryers didn’t work

pool under renovation but absolutely no work being done on it.

everything was being replaced, the pool needed lounge chairs

no bugs at all inside, close to where i needed to be, open, clean pool, lots of vending machines, laundry works

we requested a room with a pullout couch for my kids to sleep on

that i couldn’t enjoy the pool but i know the reason why so it wasn’t a big deal

breakfast could be better and a new juice machine

the bar was great and very friendly

the pool was out of action during my stay. opening again in the fall.

dirty sheets hair in bed this was disgusting the walmart parking lot is more appealing than this motel

have cameras in parking lot.

i came out of my room i saw drug deals, hookers and people running through the parking lot hiding

friendly staff good breakfast like the pool and the closeness to universal and restaurants everything this is my third

the breakfast area did not have enough seating and my kids had to eat outside with

we liked that this hotel offered a shuttle to universal and it was convenient that tickets were sold at the concierge

pro= cheap price and late check out
