soft/firm rather than 6 of the same wooden ones you often get in places -really comfy bed -great breakfast in a lovely setting overlooking a lovely part of the city -really kind and pleasant staff

we thought the hotel itself was worthy of 5 stars late check out is a real bonus.

gym could have been batter signposted

clean modern tidy and with great facilities like the gym

late bar service wasn’t great

would have appreciated being informed no meals or room service available sunday night, but lots of local places and they were very kind in providing

very clean and amazing room service

let us park earlier and even got us an early check in

complementary cakes in the room and glass of prosecco in the bar were a really nice touch which made us feel valued as customers

the hotel sets a high bar for hotels and the fisher breakfast is nothing short of sublime

noise from bar stairs to room as got bad legs

spa bath was everything we needed

back ground noise until bar closed but it was not late!

friendly, welcoming bar staff and the locals too, i immediately felt like a regular, they are all incredibly friendly

comfortable bar for great euros football viewing

food, breakfast included

staff were fantastic and greeted my dog with a treat, food was excellent and so was the free breakfast

the breakfast in the morning was perfect

kids uncomfortable sofa bed

the dinner was also very good and the kids menu was a huge thumbs up
