loved the little extras and hot chocolate/sweets for the kids, very thoughtful and great value for money

the bath water was fine and my kids could take baths, but neither my husband or i were able to shower because the water was

room was immaculate and had so many added extras including some sweets on the beds for the kids

i had read about that in a previous review and brought a sound machine with us so that my kids could sleep through it

very helpful on our arrival, i found it hard at 65 with suit case etc, not being able to leave kids alone, leaving was

kids menur could be a lot better

not informed of breakfast times & how a tab would need to be opened to order room service, so had to go to hotel bar to

amazing room, breakfast fab. restaurant and bar great too!

the breakfast was very nice also, including the service

extrememmy clean very spacious and lovely spa bath and separate shower

fantastic staff in reception bar and dining room

it was around the corner from the beautiful bar but was still quiet - and incredibly convenient

service could have been better found room door had been left on the latch by room

a short walk to the attractions of the cathedral, castle, bars, pubs etc

breakfast was great, with excellent help-yourself bar and selection of cooked breakfasts, table service

and bar only open weekends but we knew this

breakfast bacon, eggs and mushrooms again cooked to perfection

gorgeous accommodation and exceptionally clean, friendly staff and terrific breakfast

you can have room service if you wish but we enjoyed having it in the breakfast room

the phoenix room was fantastic, laid in the massive spa bath watching tv and enjoying the complimentary prosecco was really nice and relaxing
