bed was uncomfortable the wifi wouldn't work unless i put my phone to the floor staff was ignorant i paid for the room

so just may not be suitable when you staying with small kids like myself and my 7 year old as it was too loud on friday night for my boy to fall asleep

booked a family room here 1st we were greeted by michelle and zoe who are really nice people my kids loved them, wow what an amazing room, very spaciuos, modern, & quiet, it was like a 2 bedroom

sweets and snacks on arrival after a long journey for the kids was a bonus

smile and always willing to go above and beyond , big thank you to the 2 others i spoke to at the bar very welcoming , amazing price and amazing place to stay

the bar and minimal seating area are all closed at 4pm so are not evening facilities

state, mahogany furniture, chesterfield chairs, a free standing world globe that had a mini bar inside

the wifi didn t work in my room, but did when was outside my room & corridors.

i'm coeliac and there was a separate menu available, both for dinner and breakfast

it had a lovely swimming pool, big, warm and not too busy plus a lovely little spa

tell me you have an ev charger and then offer me a 3 pin plug running at 10a

the only bar is also used for food and there are no comfy seats in there.
