the use of the beach club was brilliant, 5mins walk or shuttle bus from the hotel, clean and cool pool and right on the beach

so dinner through room service , except they only have about half the offerings that were listed on the menu

having wifi that worked for the whole stay would be nice

also we had no wifi in our room

rooftop pool has stunning sunset view over the bay

then the rooftop patio and pool

spite the neighbouring hotel, i still think this is the best rooftop in puerto escondido), pool and

the pool area is clean and relaxing with great views

gorgeous roof top swimming pool, amazing views of the ocean

the pools are clean and delightful

we also liked the terrace and pool area, which had a great view of the ocean and was a great place to watch sunsets

they also helped organize someone to do our laundry and give massages for a very reasonable rate

on the outside of the hotel it looks nice, there is a pool, but too many kids for us to relax

in the future i will request a room with balcony overlooking the pool area

the pool was lovely and kept clean and the other amenities were great too

wifi could be faster but it is a general issue in zicatela :-)

the wifi didn't reach the eagle's nest room very well because it is on the top floor.

wifi worked fairly well considering that we are in puerto escondido

close to the beach and they lent us an umbrella, beach towels and a boogie board :) safe, on site parking was a bonus

it s quiet and comfortable, with great views and an amazing pool
