it has good facilities a nice pool and very pleasant helpful staff

the fact that the room with 2 one person beds (for kids) is on a mezzanin which was not clearly mentioned on booking for the loft

breakfast is limited but ok.

it was convenient to have a small kitchen in the room for preparing meal

no air conditioning no restaurant or proper bar most expensive hotel of our trip

the swimming pool was a decent size

kids are free (one for each paying adult) would recommend parking at the hotel

pretty with easy access to the harbour, cafes & shops and the free shuttle bus that takes you round the island which was beautiful

bar staff are brilliant but reception and management do not engage

the hotel has a wine bar and i believe in the summer months provides tapas etc

the evening bar with tapas was convivial and good value

with airco, friendly staff (certainly the lady receptionist in evening of 11th sept), good wifi, nice location on 20 minute walk to vieux port and city center, parking facilities in the (-)wifi you need to log in regularly, some noise in corridors and from neighboring rooms, no elevator (+)were all necessary things , like a desk and wifi (-)couldn't access the wifi (-)the wifi wasn t reliable, had to login time to time.

we appreciated being able to park on site (for a reasonable fee), and were also granted a late check out on request, which was helpful
