we came to the pool late (4:30-5pm) i guess, we were told we couldn’t order off of the pool party menu

the spa was not open, we lost cable service for 2 days, they had workers using drills out by the pool & the hotel was not fully opened, we should have at least gotten breakfast or a bottle of wine
