certainly not enough of a problem to stop me from coming back but with kids at home, i needed the be able to text and email with them

the rooftop bar and rooftop pool were not operating yet, which was slightly disappointing as we had expected

beach bar next door plays them tunes loud and late (take earplugs) food was good, though only 2-3 options

breakfast was very good with loads of choice, fresh omelettes made to order and great coffee

we don’t have the breakfast but the restaurant was beautiful

the breakfast didn’t include coffees that weren’t filter coffee (found this little unusual you had

only problem was the bar was closed before 10pm

went with our 2 kids - stayed together in 1 standard double room - not much space and would be better if there was

i would recommend booking a bungalow in the annex we had 3 double bedrooms and a huge kitchen

the girls at the spa were amazing and the food at the restaurant was some of the best food i've eaten

in our rooms but during this time the staff phoned me several times to check i was ok and offer room service for the hours the hurricane was active

had a garden room which had a living room and kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony

the rooms are clean and brightly decorated with a kitchenette which is great for making breakfast and lunch …and some light evening meals

the staff were very friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was great too

that the beach was in walking distance from the hotel. the gentleman at the bar was very kind.

i like the environment, the blue sky, the ocean view, the beach and it’s safe for kids.

i liked the small touches of fresh hand towels at the pool in the afternoon along with the fruit sorbet

bar forgot the drinks order and it took 7 attempts to get the bill right

the sidewalks and pool area were very clean, the plants were healthy and the beds were neatly kept

on site was a nice bar and restaurant looking over the pool area with sufficient sun loungers

hotel in a quiet part of barbados , room was lovely overlooking the pool

phenomenal, the staff genuinely sorry for the inconvenience, and the new room and complementary breakfast and airport shuttle were the best apologies we have ever received
