easy to find ,it's right off the ferry. gardens are lovely and pool refreshing after a hot day.

both felt that the majority of the staff, with the exception of the bar and restaurant servers, were rather unfriendly

the restaurant was excellent, my chicken skewers were superb and the bar served delicious cocktails

they helped us arrange the ferry, they provided laundry service and arrange our day trip to the madeiras volcano

quiet location, good restaurant, laundry service, was also given a free upgrade. no issues

the staff, grounds, location, food, laundry service - everything was amazing.

we did not learn until we arrived that there was no meal service other than breakfast and that we needed to pay our bill in cash because the credit card service was suspended
